生石灰中CaO含量为54.00/57.57=93.8%≈94%

如果产品中有生烧时,则

96.43-X 3.57 X
则生石灰:(54-0.56x)+3.57+x=57.57+0.44x
如生烧为5.00%,则x/(57.57+0.44x)=5.00%x=2.94
石灰制成率为57.57+0.44*2.94=58.86(%)
石灰石中CaO含量为(2.94*0.56+52.35)/58.86≈2.20%
杂质含量3.57/58.86=6.06%
残留CO2量(灼减)占0.44*2.94/58.86≈2.20%
2)如果石灰石中,杂质占2%,则有
CaCO3 + 杂质 + 生烧率

生石灰中CaO含量为54.88/56.88=96.48%
